4.1 Eligibility

5.1 Commission Structure

We receive commission from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for distribution services. This commission is built into the expense ratio of regular plans and does not involve any additional cost to you.

We do not charge any additional fees for our distribution services. All costs are transparent and disclosed as per regulatory requirements.

5.3 Third-Party Charges

You may be subject to charges by banks, payment gateways, or other third parties. These charges are not controlled by us and are your responsibility.

Upon termination, your access to our platform will cease, but existing investments will remain unaffected. You may transfer your investments to another distributor or convert to direct plans.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through our grievance redressal mechanism as outlined in our Disclosures.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify you of significant changes through email or prominent notices on our platform.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
